Edward Grey had been a commercial real estate broker for 9 years prior to joining One Manhattan Real Estate, where he is heading the commercial real estate department. Many of Mr. Grey’s contacts are developers that currently own residential buildings in the New York City metropolitan area. He intends to transition the contacts to the residential aspect of the business. His commercial experience is concentrated on ground up development, conversions and hotels.
Prior to his involvement in real estate he spent 33 years managing money for both individuals and funds working for such prestigious firms as Oppenheimer and Shearson Lehman Bros. His Wall Street experience also included acting as both a market maker and an options trader. He performed much of his own research and tracked investments from both the fundamental and technical side.
Mr. Grey attended The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where he graduated with a B.S. in marketing and a minor in Journalism.
